Terms and Conditions
1. Payment: Due upon completion of services.
2. Returned Check & Late Payment Fees: A $35 fee applies to returned checks, alongside an 18% late payment penalty on overdue payments.
3. Authorization & Ownership: We retain ownership of furnished equipment until full payment is received. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to retrieve the equipment, exempt from damages caused during retrieval. All sales are final.
4. Warranty: Replaced parts have a one-year warranty from the service completion date unless stated otherwise. Labor warranty lasts 30 days and is limited to charge-free service during regular hours.
5. Legal Actions: If legal intervention is necessary for fee collection, the customer agrees to cover attorney fees, late fees, and court costs.
