    No stars if possible, this trailer park has a horrible animal control problem and you'll be paying for repairs on skirting and ducts infinitely, also if you get tired of paying for skirting because the 9th management group like all the previous won't listen and decide to add to your monthly rent or put out a vacate notice. I got a complaint letter for owning a grill stating I needed to remove it or pay a fine/maintenance will illegally remove my property. When I called the office to confront the issue after trying for days (they are never working) they were very short and rude but did resolve that issue. They will put parking stickers on ***************** if they dislike you or your race. We've had plumbing issues yearly in which was in ground problems (the park). We got charged double for water one winter when we had our water shut off from freezing in ground(park issue) just shows they don't check meters. Also have a huge dead tree over our house that falls apart and damaged our trailer however when we complain about the unsafe environment they just state get insurance. In conclusion if your not Hispanic of any sort you'll have a terrible experience. Not to mention the price of the lot doubled in 5 years... Absolutely a terrible place.

    i have lived here for 3 years and have had nothing but trouble with management was told we would get certain things when we moved in and never received it my home was damaged waay before we moved in and it still looks like c*** maybe even worse have made multiple complaints about things not getting done and all they do is ignore it they are always changing management and not letting tenants know about it always going up on bills and charging you whatever they want it's been a headache and me and my family of 6 is tired of feeling low if your looking to move here i would not recommend it at all less you like to get ripped off and dont mind throwing away money may look nice but management is HORRIBLE
