I am a homeowner living in Lexington Crossing Community Park located in ******, ********. Despite my repeated complaints to both the management and regional manager at this location, no resolution has been provided.Although the community guidelines (attached) clearly state that street parking is prohibited, nothing is being done about it. Several mobile homes have more vehicles than allowed in designated parking, which blocks traffic and causes a dangerous situation. I have specifically requested management instruct my neighbors (who are renters) to not park their 4th vehicle in front of my mobile home, and have complained on several occasions. While I was advised that the neighbor would be cited and requested to move their vehicle, the neighbor continually parks in front of my house. This causes multiple inconveniences not only to me but also to the community, which I have explained to management. It is also worth noting that the community park does have additional parking at the mailbox location, as well as enough parking in front of the main office.

In response to *************************** complaint.  We do appreciate *****'s concern over the parking situation at the community.  We are certainly addressing a plan that we will be implementing in **** for the entire community to help with additional designated parking.  As the family's grow in the community either with additional drivers or additional families living together it has creating parking issues throughout our community and many others.

In regards to *****'s neighbor we have contacted the resident causing the issue by both the Community Manager and the Field Manager.  We have been assured this will not happen anymore.  Certainly if it were to continue ***** can let the community manager know and we can take next legal actions if need be.

    Customer Answer

I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the ongoing issue of overcrowded parking and the consistent violation of community guidelines within our neighborhood. Since I moved into this trailer park four years ago, I have repeatedly notified the office management and made complaints about every neighbor in trailer ***************************************** front of my house for their vehicles. Although the previous neighbors who engaged in this behavior moved out in March 2024, the new neighbors have started doing the exact same thing. Despite recently bringing this matter to the attention of the office, no action has been taken. The overcrowded parking situation has made it nearly impossible to navigate through the community, as the limited parking spaces are consistently occupied by an overwhelming number of vehicles. This not only inconveniences residents but also poses safety hazards, making it difficult to pass safely and navigate the area. Furthermore, the consistent violation of community guidelines, such as parking in the streets and exceeding the allowed number of vehicles per household, has worsened the parking situation. These violations not only create a chaotic environment but also demonstrate a lack of respect for the community rules and the well-being of fellow residents. As a resident, I value the cleanliness of my yard, and I take pride in decorating it for the upcoming holidays. With the continuous presence of vehicles parked in front of my lot, it becomes challenging to maintain curb appeal, and a peaceful home environment.
