    I paid upfront for this service for 1 year. Last year 2023. I never renewed. They came and gave services anyways and keep trying to charge me. I have called multiple times to cancel. Talked to some snarky girl ***** a couple of time who assured me it was cancelled and it still was not. They have emailed me multiple times raising my bill. Im.tired of this harassment. I do not owe them anything for services I didn't ask for or want. I've seen they have done this with multiple people. This place is a scam and they are giving services just to steal money from disabled vets and ruin their credit. I attached a screenshot of the times I called them every month this year to cancel. Please stop these crooks. I'm just a poor disabled vet and I will not have my credit ruined or pay bills for services I do not have. This crooked company needs to be shut down. They should not be allowed to do business in ********!

    Hello,

     

    I wanted to respond to the complaint from *******************.

    He signed up for our weed control program in March of 2023. He paid up front for 6 of the 7 treatments. We completed the 7th application on 12/11/23 which we didnt receive payment for.

    All of our invoices as well as our pre pay letters state that the service continues from year to year unless we are notified to stop service. We Left a message via phone on 2/2/24 to schedule the 1st application of 2024. Our system shows he called and cancelled service on 2/7/24 after we performed service. The total amount owed was $89.40.

    We wrote off the amount and I do not show where this was even turned over to collections.
