  I am writing to file a complaint regarding the B&H Construction crew working in my neighborhood in Oklahoma City, hired by OG&E. I am extremely dissatisfied with their lack of professionalism and the blatant disregard they’ve shown toward my property, privacy, and safety.
  
  Upon arrival, a crew member asked through my Ring camera to access my property. I told him no, as I was not home. Since then, I’ve had multiple issues, including:
  • Parking their truck directly on my front lawn, not on the street. I had to get out of my vehicle after work to ask them to remove it.
  • Blocking my driveway, limiting access to my home.
  • Leaving tire marks and dirt on my driveway from repeatedly driving between my yard and my neighbor’s backyard.
  • Removing part of my fence without permission to access my neighbor’s yard from my driveway. It has been left open for over three days.
  • Entering my crawlspace and leaving it open, which allowed stray cats to enter.
  • Trespassing into my locked backyard, which has two access points secured by locks. I have camera footage showing a crew member unlawfully inside.
  
  I have never given permission for B&H Construction to access, alter, or use any part of my property.
  
  I have reported this to OG&E by phone, filed a trespassing report with OKCPD, and contacted B&H directly. I also have Ring camera footage from the front and back of my property and will provide it if needed.
  
  This has put my toddler and dog at risk and disrupted our ability to safely use our backyard. I am requesting:
  1. Immediate fence repair and assurance my property will not be accessed again without permission.
  2. An explanation and accountability for the backyard trespass.
  3. Cleaning of my driveway to remove tire marks and debris.
  4. Written assurance the crew will not enter or use my property moving forward.
  
  If not resolved, I will pursue further action, including legal.
