    I am a tenant of RJH Realty. In the summer of ************************************************* July of ******** contacted ************* to come out regarding the sewage. ************* came out, and claimed there was no sewage issue and did not do any work, but charged $135. I contacted *** regarding this and sent them pictures of my daughter who had mosquitos bites all over from the sewage issue, and also sent them pictures of the sewage water. Several months later RJH sent my next door neighbor who is a maintenance man to finally fix it. When I contacted RJH about the charges since it was never originally fixed with ************* they said they would contact the owner. I spoke to the owner of ************* and he said he would contact RJH to remove the charges since no work was done. I emailed RJH and they confirmed they did indeed speak to the owner of ************* and would take off the invoice charges. Unfortunately , *** has not removed the charges and has charged me $50 each month in late fees for the maintenance charges. When I emailed them several days ago they refuse to respond and sent a notice to quit regarding the maintenance charges. The owner ******************************* has been arrested and charged with Hud fraud, and continues these same practices today. My daughter sustained marks all over her hands, arms, and legs because RJH could not properly get maintenance out in the proper time. It took them over three months to fix the sewage issue, and the maintenance manager ******* rudely told me on my phone that my sewage could not be backed up if I could flush the toilet. When he finally realized months later that there was a sewage issue he said that I should have contacted them everyday. I contacted them several times, and sent text messages regarding the issue. I would like RJH to do the right and fair thing which is to remove the charges from ************* company like they said they would. The owner of Spor has already agreed to do so as well.

    We are in receipt of this complaint.  
    We sent out a plumber as soon as the tenant requested service. The vendor made an appointment to come to the home. Upon arriving, the tenant did not respond to let the vendor in.  The vendor checked the exterior sewer lines and found no issues.  The tenant was billed since she did not make the appointment and nothing was wrong.   We paid the bill.  Please see the attached payment and invoice.

    The tenant is extremely difficult to deal with.  

    In early October, we inspected the inside of the home to find that the tenant has trashed the home.  The living room floors are damaged and the rest of the home is a mess.  Please see the attached notices and pictures.

    The notice gives the tenant the option of moving early as we will not be renewing her lease due to the damage and conditions she has caused with this home. 

    The tenant called the plumbing vendor and convinced him to refund the service charge we paid.   The vendor said it was a "valid charge but he felt sorry for her".
    The tenant was notified that her ledger would be credited once the payment was received.  It was received on 11/11/2022 and her account has been credited with this payment and the late fees removed.
