    This facility is a JOKE! They are exceptionally lazy individuals. They first started the admission process stating my insurance has a hard time approving the inpatient stay. They discharged my child after 7 days of her "treatment" I called my insurance and they stated they never received a prior authorization from Red River. I informed Red River of this and informed them they could call my insurance and submit one for their payment while my child was there. Not once did they call but explained to me they sent one and it was denied. Not one single employee would pick up the phone and call the insurance to allow my child to receive her "treatment" that was too much to ask of their employees obviously. SO instead of having concern for my child and their well being or the mental health of my child she was turned away. When all it would have taken was ONE phone call. I would not recommend this incompetent facility to any parent who is truly concerned for their child's mental health. Everyone just wants to do the bare minimum, and is not willing to go the extra mile for any child. I spent more time on the phone trying to fix their mess, and help them receive payment. When they couldn't be bothered because that simply just wasn't any of their employee's "JOB". I truly feel this facility deserves ZERO stars, but sadly it will not allow me to post this review without giving a minimum of one
