I entered a contract with Arbuckle Construction, LLC through the representative *******. Our contract was to replace the shingles on the roof, all gutters, damaged sheetrock, and skylights due to hail and water damage. The shingles have been replaced, and the gutters have been replaced. The workmanship is acceptable. The shingles were replaced on 1/17/24, I paid the contractor my out-of-pocket money that day due to my insurance check not being ready. It was lost in the mail and I had to order a new one. On 1/17/24, skylights, sheetrock, and gutters were not replaced and a completion date for those tasks was not given. The representative stated that they ordered the wrong skylight sizes, I was not shown them and I didn't ask to see them. I continued talking to ******* via text from the 18th- 23rd while we were waiting on the insurance check. He informed me we were waiting on his gutter guy to be free to install them. Once we received our insurance check we contacted ******* and paid him in full the rest of our balance for the contract.

Since paying in full ******* consistently does not reply to my texts or calls.

We were given an ETA originally for the gutters, skylights, and drywall to be complete 2/6-2/9 none of those projects were completed by the given time. No new ETA's were provided for all the projects too.

After multiple contacts and calls the sheetrock and gutters were replaced.

I have not received an ETA or update for when the skylights will be replaced.

On 3/28 the company RainDrian that installed my gutters reported that they were not paid by Arbuckle Construction, LLC. and asked if I could pay the overdue bill.

I am now unsure if the other contractors were paid fairly and if they will soon also come after me for unpaid bills. I still have not had my skylights replaced, and the representative has been unresponsive.

Date of transaction with Southern Shingles was 5/25/22 they have not received payment for the shingles that were used to roof my home the amount of the prelein statement we received was $10,107.61. They are notifying us and Canadian County of their intent to place a lien on our property since the Contractor Donavan Raven has not paid for the shingles. I did contact Donavan and was told the account had been paid he said he would send us a waiver which we have not received.

The situation was resolved well before a lien went out, this was an accounting error.
