    Has left a temporary strand of ground wire to our submersible pump above ground for about 8 months after installing variable speed drive on our pump. The wire used as temporary ground wire is a stranded wire typically used as power supply for pumps. This not only presents a tripping hazard, but is also not to code and if tripped over will cause possible damage to well system.
    We paid $2800 for the variable drive to be installed. Fast forward to January 2023. No repair and all attempts to reach R—-sell have produced no response. The weather here has been bad for a few days have been bad, so I understand work could not be completed. But an acknowledgment and return of communications would be nice. We would just like the job completed before other issues possibly arise.

    Due to scheduling issues, holidays, and weather this job took longer than expected. I have spoke with Mr. ******* and explained the circumstances.

    The job was completed February 3, 2023, with no charge for labor due to time.
