I ordered apparel from DUX Waterfowl on Black Friday (11/24) during their "Best Sale" however just two days later the sweatshirt that I had ordered was $9.95 cheaper. I reached out to the company asking for a price match to their cyber Monday sale and they said no, since it was not purchased during the cyber Monday sale they could not adjust the price. The order hadn't even shipped at that point. I have actually not even received the order as I type this. I don't understand why it couldn't have been cancelled and then reordered for the lesser price. Terrible customer service and the advertising was false as well - I would've just waited to order had I not been tricked into thinking it was the "BEST" sale.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on December 2nd and was guaranteed delivery within 10 business days. Have reached out to them several times for an update on my order ***** to receive an automated response that they have received my message and someone will respond - no responses...have sent several. Reached out on ********** no reponse - I see several paopel making complaints on ******** that they have not received their orders either. There is no way to call them. No email confirmation or tracking received. You have to download an app to track and no progress has been made to delivery. Unable to contact.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 11/25/22. The email I received with order details says item will ship within 10 business days. After 13 business days I have been emailing, sending ******** messages and attempting to contact them on instagram. I have gotten no response from the company. I ordered this gift for Christmas and at this point I do not think I will ever receive it, much less for Christmas. I placed order on 11/28 #********* and was charged for the order on 11/29. I ah e attemtped to reach company by phone, email, and ******** and cannot get a response on why my order has not shipped and why I have not received my order. Needed it this week. On 11-19-22 I had placed an order for two hoodies and one duck call. Order number is #*********. The total amount of the purchase is $205.22. On 11-25-22 I received the package at my home. When I opened the package enclosed were the two hoodies but no duck call. The purchase price of the duck call is $55.00. I have tried to contact the company numerous times through the only source they have which is an email. I have yet to have a response in return. I have also tried to reach out through social media outlets as well, also, with no response. Despite NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS to contact you, shipment is AGAIN being sent to WRONG ADDRESS. Address has been updated several times and shirts were going to updated address yet somehow reverted back to old address for unknown reasons and yet here we are with a replacement shirt being sent to wrong address YET AGAIN . You all acknowledged error however made no effort to remedy it. I am REQUESTING a new shirt be sent to correct address of ******************************************************* as well as a refund of monthly charge. I received my package like a month after ordering and when I finally got it it was messed up my shoes came with two of the same insouls so one shoe doesnt have an insoul that even fits in it and I have contacted dux waterfowl many times and havent got them to resolve it
