    We and our team have preformed all the work that was contracted and plus. she has read over the contract and was well aware at the time of what work we were doing... We supplied extra material and labor for any issues that were brought up after the fact but the complaints continued to no end. The costumer asked for a driveway repair by crack filling and sealcoating. Noted that this isn't a brand new driveway she knew that there were still going to be imperfections. We have went above and beyond of the original cost and customer still complained about our work. We have used all of our resources to the point that we were walking away with no money made. The company has written a letter to the customer, I have attached it to this letter. We wrote her due to the fact that she was calling and texting repeatedly after the work was completed. The work wasn't to her satisfaction after we went back out two times to fix the issue and there was nothing else that could be done.
