    This company has changed their name to Golden Hands Auto Detail. I selected and Pre-paid $199 through the website for a full interior/exterior detail. Later received a reply from ****** to book a day/time. Settled on an appointment 4/12 between 9-10 am. However, no one ever showed or called to notify me they weren’t coming. I called at 11am and was told the person who was supposed to come out had a mishap and wouldn’t make it, but ******, the owner, himself would make the situation right and could reschedule me the following day at noon. It was almost 1pm the day of my reschedule when ****** Sr. reached out that he would be the one coming nearly 3 hours after I was initially rescheduled. I told them to go ahead and come since I had already paid. I was sent screen shots that my $199 was being refunded by ****** the owner and his father, who came to wash the car, said he’d charge me $150. I paid him at the end of the night under the impression I was being refunded the $200. I got a response from PayPal that the refund was never completed in ******’s end and now no one is answering the phone or actually sending a refund. Screen shots of the refund “being made” by ****** the owner, and a screen shot of PayPal notifying me it was never even completed are below.
