BEWARE of this business & their fraudulent practices. My 15 year old worked for months to save up & buy his first car. After months of research, test drives, we thought we found the perfect one. A 2009 BMW sold at ARM by Mike. We asked specific questions about the car, mechanics & electronics & were assured repeatedly it was a reliable car for a student. We traveled from Tulsa to OKC to see the car; after test drives & many questions, purchased it. 3 minutes after we left the shop, the car began spewing oil. We called Mike, who met us at a nearby gas station & assured us it was just extra oil from bottom of the belly pan when the fluids were changed. We continued on our way home to Tulsa, but the car died halfway home. We had to take off work the next day to tow the car home, where it’s sat in our garage since. Here are the mechanical issues we found the day after towing the "reliable" car home. • Rags stuffed under bottom of crank. • Shattered fan shroud; upon fan removal-top piece was broken • Front main seal failure due to shredded serpentine belts getting sucked into the engine. • Serpentine belt pieces all over pulley system. • Wires for fan completely disorganized, not functioning properly &eventually killed the battery beyond jumping capability. • Missing cowl screws/other trim fasteners for engine cover. • He originally gave us the wrong title, then we fought to get right one Either: A. As a mechanic, Mike did not "see" all issues for 2 months before selling it to us (title shows the dates) and putting 3,000 miles on the car. ARM shop Facebook page shows photos of it being worked on. ~OR~ B. He knew issues, & fraudulently sold it to our hard-working teen. We could overlook 1 or 2 of these things. But the long list of issues points to only fraud or inability. We are beyond disappointed in this business interaction frauding our hard-working teen, and have never experienced this level of deceitful customer service. Form won't allow 0 stars. -Tanya R
