    I took my car to Low Style Body Shop on June 1,2023 for body damage to THE ***** BUMPER (which i have videos and photos of)and the owner ****** told me he would have my car ready before the 16th. I did not hear from the body shop at all after i dropped my car off until i called them ,there was very poor communication between Junior and I. I was called on wednesday /thursday by ****** and she told me that i could pick my vehicle up.when i arrived my vehicle was still not assembled,****** told me to come back friday and it would be ready on friday i arrived and it was still not assembled,but later friday i picked my vehicle after it was finally assembled and i noticed that my car had damages that were not done when i dropped my vehicle off ,i came back to the shop and showed ****** the new damages that were done by her shop and i showed her the work that they had done was poor and incomplete. I returned twice on friday for them to fix the car correctly 100% and it was still not right ,i let ****** know and she told me to bring it back today and i have come to the shop and neither she or junior are here. the claim was filed on insurance and they have the check i would like them to return my check and pay for me to have my car fixed some place else because obviously they can not do their jobs and they are f***** my car up more and more

    This particular customer was a insurance job. Everything issued on estimate was completed. Customer had some complaints and we resolved the same day as complaint. Her hood need adjusted. I have assured her to take advantage of the 1 year warranty we have for her if anything else. She was scheduled to come in the morning 07/10/2023 and did not show . She has said two different times she would come by and still has not. We stand and hold to our warranty policy. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    i filed a complaint on Low style body shop i think about a month ago. I dropped my car back off to them last sunday July 16, I was told by ****** that she would try to have my vehicle ready mid Saturday afternoon (july 22) . I DID NOT HEAR FROM ****** AT ALL ON SATURDAY. I text monday ****** said my vehicle would be done ,that was at 2pm . I DID NOT HEAR FROM ****** ANY MORE AFTER THAT, i called her and she did not answer,also text and did not get a response. i called tuesday july 25, and ****** told me that she was not at the shop yesterday but she was not leaving today until my car was finished ,i went up to the shop just to see that havent even started on my vehicle and the shop is closed for the day.

    The owner lost our car key and refuses to pay to get it back law enforcement has been notified and business owner hid from them
