      Between the dates 6-5-2023 and 9-22-2023 Keith's Transmission Service worked on my wife's 2008 Chevy Impala. I am seeking help to repair/correct the damage done to our car. My wife and I are not comfortable taking the car back to that shop for repair of the damage. Please read the attached document explaining our experience.

      What a very elaborate complaint. The problem is, so much of it is just untrue. I feel that if you reread it before turning it in that you would see how much you contradict yourself. With it being so long and elaborate I had to attach a response like you did. So please see attachment.

      Thank you for forwarding the response from ******* Transmission Service.  I have read the response to my compliant #******** and it is unacceptable to me.  I am not at all satisfied with the sarcastic response from *** ****.  I am preparing a more detailed response.

      I had truck towed to Keiths Transmissions for repairs. Was told to expect a week for repairs. It took 9 business days. Were told that he would call when its ready. The only communication from this shop occurred when I called them. He was aggravated by calls and it was a nuisance. When truck was picked up, it wouldnt reach speeds and shifting issues. Took it back and trans fluid needed to be flushed - another 3.5 days. I tried to sell the truck in late July and had a buyer who took for inspection who reported it was leaking trans fluid. Had 2 other mechanics verify leaking (one stated 6/10 when asked how bad). When I called to ask about warranties he sounded aggravated. Wife drops it off on Monday morning Aug 28.I called Wed Aug 30 and says he only saw 1 drop of trans fluid. Explained not what other mechanics claimed. He got aggravated and refused to provide timing of repairs completion. I called Sep 5. Irritated, complains its 2 hrs after a holiday, why would I call this early. Say I talked to him last Wednesday and calling for an update. I am told he will call me when its ready. No communication. Wife and daughter go on Sep 7 for status and its in the lot. Daughter made small talk with a tech (who said most of the repairs being done were warranty jobs), he blew up on my wife tossing the key to her saying take it. Daughter goes in and he yells at her that my wife was cussing him and take the truck followed by excuses about his techs which he was firing that night. My daughter says he has had it almost 2 weeks AGAIN. He claims he replaced gaskets. She gives the key back and says verify its drivable and that its not leaking.We decided we needed the vehicle back, tired of his attitude and lack of concern for our time, so picked up the vehicle even though it hadnt been looked at yet. Drove to the nearest oil change place and confirm it has with picture proof. We will have to sell it at a decent loss of value due to the transmission not being right.

      She is 22 but I paid the bill.  I had it towed to keiths, I called him for updates, I talked to him about warranty.  My daughter picked it up and knew it wasnt right.  My daughter took it back first time.  My wife took it back and attempted to check on it second time.
