Contract entered March 2nd 2022 1,175.00 + uniforms in the range of 380-400 dollars Swat Academy insured me that there would be a 12u softball team and that there would be 1-2 softball tournaments a month at minimum Swat Academy accepted all payments however failed to provide my daughter with adequate training and playing time. In the spring of 2022 not a single tournament was played. The coach they had at that time came out of his own pocket to play the 12u and some 10u players together in a recreational softball league. When spoke to one of the key people at Swat named Shane there was a conversation about moving my daughter up to 14u as she was turning 13. During the fall season Swat only involved my daughter in one softball tournament that played a total of two games. Now moving into the Spring season of 2023 with a month left on my contract Shane attempted to say there was a discrete conversation between him and I in the fall about my daughter not making a team which is false that type of conversation never happened. I called on January 16th 2023 to see why my daughter wasn’t on a roster for spring this is when I found out she apparently didn’t make said team. This company now known under by Canes baseball and softball formally the Grind and Swat academy has lead my daughter on and collected multiple payment both for the softball team and a high school prep course but failed to provide adequate services for payment.

I paid ****** for Fall season for my 14u daughter to play softball. We were promised tournaments and practices with paid coaches. Our team doesnt have a coach and we have yet to play a single tournament! Our contract we signed was for 2 practices a week in the indoor facility and 5-7 tournaments for the fall season. We havent had any tournaments and maybe 3 practices since August. *** asked for a refund many times due to Swat aka the Grind not fulfilling their end of the contract and was told No. We have not played in one tournament and its the end of October. The season started in August. They keep canceling our tournaments the week of because they cant provide us a COACH which our ****** fall season fee pays for! Theyve cancelled multiple practices weekly and the entire team wants a refund. It got so bad that the companies ****** review were a 1 star and the owner was having out of state friends write positive reviews to fool paying customers. They have since tried changing their name so that they can scam more people under the new name *****.
