So they refused to let me get down and look at the hill before I bought the boat, claimed it had all new components and fluids put in including a new battery. I found out on the first trip to the lake when I was dead in the water that the battery is almost three years old. I had to get a charger to charge it nightly and after each use. I also had to get a jumper box, I havent been able to find a place with my battery in stock. I refuse to get blackbeard another dime. I was also told my but had a ac adapter outlet but I never found it. Also Ive only been to the lake 3 times and Ive told the people each time that the boat leaks has white smoke like stuff from the back, this happens the entire time. I just bought it and they are trying to get me to pay to fix it, they are very toxic and corrupt and make you fill out a as in form while knowingly selling you a piece of s*** Each time I go to the lake I pull the plugs and a half of a huge normal sized bucket leaks into it. Instead of fixing it for free or something to get it to repair what they should have repaired before selling they want me to drive 40 minutes to pay to repair. Also on the hull once I finally had a chance to look at it I noticed a open part which appears to be part of the engine, it has a broken piece on it. Stay away from Blackbeard, they do not fox used before selling them. The one I bought was only at 60 hours, it was promised to be in a specific condition and wasnt. I also showed them a few pictures of damage on the seats after the first day of buying it. They never even responded which being willing to fix it. As a man who makes 150k my next step is legal action if this isnt made right. They will try to take advantage of you, you are safer buying from ******** marketplace.they also do not know anything about the boats and do not teach you, make sure you look up the manual before buying, I had to. If you dont do that you wont know whats off or isnt working. As an example my boat has a wakeboard mode that if accidently put into the on position it will limit the speed to 20 and smoke from the back . If you are clueless it is terrifying, if you call them they will just try to get cash out of you. I have been texting a person from the dealership and now my texts and calls are not going through after I asked why its broken on bottom. My lawyer will have to get ahold of them evidently. Its possible I was blocked which will lead to a lawsuit and them paying for damages, the picture I sent causing them to block me is below. Instead of taking responsibility they act like its all happening because you are new to boating when Ive been boating 20 years, this is only my first *******

Here is the Buyers Order, Marine Service Agreement (two pages), We Owe, and the Trade in/Pre-Owned Check In sheet.
We did a lake demo with ************** and his mother before he signed his paperwork and paid for the boat. We also spent
about one hour in the parking lot going over the boat. Please let me know if you need anything else from me. Have a great
    day.
