    I have purchased about six cases of Ozarka water in 2024 and 2025 and all of the bottles are defective as I can't open the plastic bottle without using a tool. Today I even hurt my hand trying to open the bottle. I have to believe that my complaint is not the first one.

    Good Morning, 

    We have reason to believe that this product did not come from our facility located in downtown *************. This product looks to be purchased from a grocery store in *********. If he can provide the *** label code on the bottle, we will be able to determine if it is our bottle or not. Furthermore, we have full reason to believe that he purchased a product from ******************* If he can provide a picture of the cases of water he purchased, we would immediately be able to determine if this is our product or theirs. We are sorry for the problems that this product is imposing upon you, but we are confident that this product you purchased was not produced from our facility. Please feel free to follow up with more questions, but it is our hope that we can resolve this to remain in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.

    The consumer rejected our response but gave us no reason as to why. The rejection states: "I am rejecting this response because:.... Sincerely ******* *****". Our company responded with detailed reasoning and asked the consumer to reply with pictures of the product he purchased along with the *** code of the product. If we have this picture and code, we will be concretely able to verify if it is our product or someone else's. Rejecting our response with no reasoning will not help solve this. We urge the consumer to reconsider his rejection and cooperate with us so that we can move forward and rectify this situation.

    I closed this account back in August of 2022 with a zero balance. I have an email thread with the company that says the account was closed and that I not longer live at that address. Apparently the company has still been delivering water to that address. Fast forward to February 2023 and I get a collection letter from them threatening to turn me over to a collection agency. I have made numerous attempts to speak to them regarding this balance not being my balance. I finally get a hold of Julie, in the collections department. She informs me that only a supervisor can remove this, yet they will not call me back. After speaking with Julie on several occasions I still cannot get a supervisor to call me back. I received another collection letter sent out by Julie dated March 24th, again I have spoken with her several times and she even verified that I closed the account with no balance. I can’t get anyone from this company to respond to something that is their error.

    We are in receipt of *********'s complaint and we believe we have addressed it to it's full extent. Our sales manager personally called her and resolved her issue. She will no longer be receiving collection letters and her account is in good standing. We apologize for the error and we have made the necessary corrections to her account.
