    Central Systems installed an alarm system at my residence in the amount of $1,320.41. In April 2022 they claimed I did not pay the full amount of the system. They only received 1/2 of the total payment. I told them I paid in full at the time of signing the contract. They said they would look into it and continued to call for weeks. I finally told them I would pay the $650.13 in good faith, then look into it when I return to ********.It has been nearly a year and they still refuse to refund the overpayment (1/2 of the total cost I paid in good faith) of $650.13. I have given them a copy of my bank statements that clearly show I over paid. 11/12/21 $650.13 11/12/21 $670.10 04/11/21 $650.31 ****** has become extremely rude as well as their accounting department. They both refuse to acknowledge receipt of all three payments. They claim the payment on 11/12/21 of $650.13 was declined, but in fact it was taken out of my account. They also claim they cannot verify if the amount was received by them because they use a 3rd party for their payment system. I don't see how a 3rd party is any of my concern. My bank statements clearly show the money was sent to Central Systems, Inc.

    we never received the funds she didnt want to ask bank where it went when drawn from the account. We only show 3 times we actually got funds

    I am rejecting this response because:I have more than proven to them thr fundswere withdrawn. How am I suppose to have my bank track down funds that were initiated by Central Systems. It was their processing system that withdrew the funds not my bank.
