    This is the worse company to do business I've ordered Charles chips in May never received the products I've ordered I've sent at least 10 emails and got no reply from them

    I ordered a tin of Charles Chips on ******** as a birthday gift for my brother.His birthday was *********I sent repeated texts and messages to customer care.Only today June 2nd did I receive a response. I requested a full refund of the payment charged to me on May 21st.

    Took my money and never delivered my tin of chips or anything. Bogus phone number and wont reply to text messages.
