    The first day which was Friday 29 Sept 23. We got here at 11am I asked if I could check in early Seeing how the parking lot was empty. The gentleman at the front desk said no. How do I tell 3 PM even though I had it I reservation. So I set out front and in the time from eleven a m to two p m I seem three people go in and get a room.. Been in at 2 PM and spoke with the gentlemen again to see if I could check into my room since I had a reservation. And he says no, ma'am, not till 3 I said I've seen 3 people come in and get a room since I've been setting out there and it's not 3 PM for then and i have a reservation. It's only 2 so I another hour. Wouldn't you know it's not going to hurt you to check me in an hour early. Begin to the room, there's no microwave. There's defrigerator sitting on the floor. But I didn't complain. The next morning I went to thw front desk before 11 am and got the room for another night it cost $60. Undeslrstandable being the weekend Saturday 30 Sept 23. Sunday morning I go to do the same thing and the gentleman At the front desk, refuse to renew my room. And told me he had already rentes in my room out to another person. so i said well can i just get another room they said all full. So i lv for the day and while i am gone i go online to booking.com and low and behold guess what i rented another room for last night. So the front desk guy is someone else and he said no guest but our friends helped us carry up all our things and then was eating the food that we had bought them. Next thing i know the guy from the office is pounding on my door telling me that he has called the cops bc there was more than 2 ppl staying in the room i said no only me and my husband our friends r lvn they helped us carry up our stuff. ***** husband spoke with them and they told us that we could not stay another night that we have to check out today. This room has nothing that the website says it has plus refused us to do laundry

    So I was gonna give the dullness one more try well guess what yes ur right was rude again.  One of the front desk guys told the morning guy,which mind u was the first dude I meet, that we had 4 ppl stay in the room. I told the man we did not he could review cameras.  Also the day time front desk didn't know the difference between running it as debit or credit.  Then once I told him the difference he told me to check out I said fine all the mean while speaking in their native tongue and laughing.  So when we got all our belongings out of room took key up to front desk they called someone else to check the room my husband was with our stuff outside the room that guy made fun of my husband's eyes bc they giggle sometimes bc he got shot in the face then they called him stupid.  We will never ever stay there again in our lives

    September 15 I booked a room at hemp inn s ***. I denied the room after being charged while checking in. The front desk associate denied my refund. I would like my money back.
