    Bought a 2013 Infiniti jx35 the night of June 9th 2023 for the cash amount of 8250 sent via PayPal and Zelle and the radiator blew up on day 5. Had it towed to the dealership where they replaced the radiator, while it was being worked on the back windshield was busted out apparently. After several days the owner of the dealership told me to come get the car but the windshield was going to take 6 days, but he had already put a deposit down. I was not even able to make it to my home the day I picked up the car, it overheated again, so I took it to another mechanic and found additional issues the wheel bearings are completely worn, and they flushed the system, 2 days later the car over heated again, and I took it to a mechanic to get the thermostat replaced.if you look at the messages the guy clearly knew it was not cooling properly, his argument is that the ac and cooling system is different, he acknowledged the air conditioning not working which was agreed to be working at time of purchase. The air conditioner is still messed up along with the back windshield and I still do not have my title to my car. I am not the first customer he has done wrong. Please look into this and please don't let this man get away with continuing to lie and decide the public. Cars are expensive and can even be dangerous. Me being hot isn't a huge issue but what if it was more serious? When will he be held accountable? Thank you for your time.

    We bought a Chevrolet cruze for $4,200 dollars the beginning of this month, February 2023. From Redemption auto in ***.The car they sold me has not been drivable since 6 days after I bought it. I have talked to the owner. I have all the text messages with him stating that he would have his mechanic work on my car. And i have been waiting 3 weeks for him to tell me when I can get it towed over. It has not been drivable since we bought it and that is not okay. I am going to have to pay to have it towed back to his car lot.It will not start. It will not drive.We had to fix it overheating and now the alternator has gone out as well. LEMON He also promised to either refund me or trade cars if this one did not work and that apparently was a lie as well. This business needs to be held accountable for their actions for doing this to so many people.

    Purchased a 2014 ***** equinox from redemption on may 8, 2022. Have not been given a title (it is registered in their name and was issued to them on June 2, 2022). Sense purchase the vehicle has been in a total loss accident and title is required for insurance payout. I have filed a complaint with the used car commission and their last day to respond to the commission was August 4, 2022. Yet still they say they do not have the title and the commission is giving them more time aparantly to resolve this. I need the title now. Can you please help me. This company had another complaint against them in March 2022 also.
