      My family purchased a $55,000.00 mobility vehicle from United Access on ****** on August 29th and that same day when we got home the ramp did not open and when the vehicle is driven at 70mph the whole van shakes horribly, we contacted United Access and the bank our loan got approved and my family went back to the dealership on Tuesday September 5th to drop off the van and to retrieve our $55,000.00 draft and **** refuse to return it. United had my family in 2 vehicles with mechanical issues and been placing my paraplegic husband in 3 different loaners while the vehicle they sold us is in a auto shop to this day. All my family want is for United to return our $55,000.00 for my husband to purchase a ***************** vehicle. Please help my family obtain a reliable vehicle that is worth investment. Thank you.
