    Occurred April 12/2025. I went to this business to get my car windows tinted and around 12:45 one of the employees at this business crashed my car into another business owner truck. They assured me they had insurance to cover the cost of the repairs. When I contacted his business insurance they said he has not had any active policies with them for the last year. I am now responsible for having to cover the damages with my car and they are not getting held responsible for the damages cost of repairs are 6,265.43. Plus my deductible amount that I HAVE to pay. I made the liable person under my insurance due to his company not having active coverages. I have been out of a vehicle for the last 2 weeks due to this issue since my car is in the shop. They need to be held accountable for not having any insurance or business insurance.

    Date of accident, insured wasn’t active due to yearly audit wasn’t received by my insurance representative.. as of today 04-29-2025 country financial is doing a new Audit and once approved they should pay for the accident … I spoked also to Allstate letting them know what’s going on .. and they told me that they had already paid for the accident and they are aware if my country financial doesnt pay .. I will pay out or pocket .. and they are ok with that .. they are giving my time ..

    I’m a Customer of Allstate also and they understand…
