    I placed an order and received defective merchandise. The company assured me that they would address the issue and prevent it from happening again. However, the problem persisted, and I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.

    This customer understood that he was buying damaged devices.  We offered to remedy his complaints with our usual process which requires the devices to be returned.  The customer refused to return the devices.

    Pace Butler continues to send unsolicited email; I have attempted to unsubscribe but they have no effective way to do this. They make repeated unsolicited telephone calls to our different offices, and attempts at removing our selves from their contact list has had no effect. They continue to send unsolicited postal mail to all of our office addresses, with no way to remove ourselves from their postal mail contact lists.
