    I went to the Oklahoma Men's Clinic in August of 2023 and was diagnosed with low T. After meeting with a ** briefly, I was introduced to *** the finance person in the office .... More appropriate title would be high pressure sales to sell you packages. I bought a package for **** that was for 4 months of treatment. I specifically asked *** what if it isn't right for me and her response was any unused treatments would be refunded. After my 6th shot I was feeling increasingly worse and quit taking the treatments based on my Doctor's ******* I called Oklahoma Men's Clinic and told them I wanted a refund and was informed I had to meet with the ** to get a refund, which I did. Then they sent in *** the sales lady and she was trying to get me to move my refund to a different product and I said no thanks. *** then told me she had to send this to the corporate office for approval and this was mid-october and nothing from them. I call back in December twice only to be told its still processing and they would call me back ..... but nothing. Here it is ******* and I call them and they now inform me I'm not eligible for a refund at all and that their policy has always been that , yet they told me multiple times that it was. This company is dishonest and deceiving and as soon as they get your money they are done and only draw syringes testosterone billed with a 500% upcharge . Stay away from this one size fits all company that gives everyone the same dosage regardless of shape, size or lab work.

    Horrible service, there is a new front staff every single time i go there. One tells me i can call ahead to have it prepped for pick up then i'm told they dont do that. after driving to this one only location which is an hour drive for me & waiting awhile. When its finally my turn i'm told that they have to do blood work again which was done two months ago. They never give notice for this and dont ask questions about the last time i pinned. which was the day before. The new dose ends up being a dramatic decrease all of a sudden. I show up this time and without notice again they tell me that i have to give blood which they cant do anyways because i always come the day after i pin. They do NOT ever tell me when i'm supposed to give blood, but other clinics have told me they do it once a quarter and has to be a week after the last injection. Long story short they refused to give me my month supply. The Clinic wouldn't tell me how many injections i had left. Which i paid for in advance a full year supply and they wont give me a refund of any amount or give me my injections. Front staff is horrible!
