    MFG is withholding payments that are due from collection efforts. From a recent (2/22/23) account sheet on the above (MFG ref # **********-******) shows a payment of $4,550.95 to MFG. There is no payment from MFG to The Crossing HOA for this transaction.

    I check my credit report every once in a while to see improvements as I want to keep it in good standing. But when I checked it last month, I found this unknown collection account which is not mine and an address which I never resided and a variation of my name such as ****** *********. I may be a victim of identity fraud so I contacted the creditor to make them aware of this. I also found this account that I believe not mine:Acct name: MILLENIIUM (Original Creditor: 01 10 GYM)acct no. ************date opened 05/24/2022 balance $367.00 I am not liable for this debt and I do not have a contract with:Company: MILLENNIUM FINANCIAL GROUP Address: ********************************************************************************************** Tel No: ************** Police Report and FTC Affidavit are attached with this complaint together with dispute letter sent to the bureaus and the authorization for release of information. I also filed complaints thru CFPB. Please delete this account from my credit report at once.     I am the Treasurer for **********************, **** (WSC). We entered into a contract with Millennium Financial Group to collect on past due accounts. Millennium has been collecting on the past due accounts but has failed to submit the funds, less their 35% fee. The last funds were sent in September 2022. Millennium Financial will not respond to email requests or voice mail messages. WSC has received calls from individuals who have made payments to Millennium Financial on why their payments are not showing on their statements from WSC. I have personally visited their offices, which are located in suite 248, not 219. They state that ******************************* is the only person with access to the checkbook and he works remotely from home. I have left ******************************* emails, text messages and voicemails, and he has not responded to any of them.

    I am rejecting this response because: I told ************************** that I would notify BBB once all of the back-log months have been sent along with an updated list of the status of the accounts. This has not been done. He provided checks and reports through February 2023.  WSC has not received anything since the February check. He does not return my emails and/or text messages. I want this compliant to stay current.

    I owed $110 that was sent to collections. This company filed with the credit bureaus that I owed $785 and negatively impacted my credit. They lied and said I owed so much because they knew it would impact my credit. Their gross negligence lowered my credit score 40 points. They tried to collect funds that I did not owe, and did not care enough to verify their numbers.
