    For YEARS I've used Alamode's products. Core logic bought the company and ruined it. Today, I attempted to use a computer program I pay $600 yearly for (price gouging to say the least). They FORCED an update that broke my program so I could not deliver to my clients. I called tech support. THEY WANTED AN ADDITIONAL $35 BECAUSE IT WAS "AFTER HOURS." Even though it was THEIR UPDATE that broke the program. They are now endangering my ability to service my clients and make money to feed and take care of my children. My report is now late. As far as I'm concerned, it was their actions that broke the program. And since I spent over an hour trying to fix it, at $75/hr, they OWE ME $35. But I'll never see it. They just lost an 8 year customer. Oh, I also subscribe to ***************** ANOTHER entity CORELOGIC took over and corrupted.... why is it everything they touch degrades? Well, M&S ************ is supposed to mail out quarterly updates on increasing building costs. I pay ANOTHER $350 for that yearly. They just sent out an email that this quarter is "delayed" and they don't know when it will be released. They are a CORRUPT, GREEDY COMPANY that does NOT deliver what they promise!
