On July 1st, 2022 I went into 7-eleven at 2323 N Pennsylvania Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73107. Employee named "Woody" was almost finished with his shift, and had turned off his register. He was busy talking with a teenager about the teenager's attempts to purchase alcohol. Two lines were forming for the one remaining cash register. In multiple attempts I was merely asking Woody to help organize us into one line. Woody maintained that his register was closed, and asked "Why don't you understand that?". He became belligerent and shouted for me to leave the store. I did without comment or incident, out of respect for his authority. I complained the next week to Devin (The Store Manager). Devin said he would look on the security camera to see the incident. After days, and me getting back to Devin, Devin declared that the cameras were not working. Devin declared that he was sorry for the incident, and that Woody was sorry and understood the gravity of his actions, and that it would not happen again. I then asked if I could meet with both Devin and Woody, together. Devin said yes, but not this week and the meeting was never arranged. On August 1, 2022 I walked into the 7-eleven to find Woody working. Woody recalled the incident, and stated the following "I have nothing to apologize about. Further, I didn't do anything wrong." Most shockingly, Woody stated that Devin said, "It wasn't any big deal." It's clear that through management all the way down to employees, this 7-eleven promotes the disrespect to customers. During the exchange with Woody, I was fearful at his tone, commands, and words. I'm fearful entering this 7-eleven. As on many occasions, I've noticed lack of respect from the staff towards the customers. I fault the manager Devin quite frankly. Devin stated to me that he has had problems with Woody, yet he clearly took Woody's side against the general public in this last incident.
