    BEWARE OF THE AGREEMENTS I knew after a couple of interactions with Taylor that I wasnt going to receive the level of service she was charging a premium for and told her this wouldnt be a fit.(this is all within 45 days of starting the engagement with Taylor)I could tell from the Quickbooks access logs that she never even logged into my account.I had one meeting with her where she was completely unprepared (mainly because they had done no work to review our current books) and got flustered when I pointed out the advice she was giving me we had already discussed on our first introduction call. I did ask her to review our last years tax return, to which she said everything was great and had no suggestions.I sent the return to another CPA who found an error in how interest was being reported and saved us $6k At this point, I already paid her a $2,500 deposit. She then informed me to end the engagement, I would have to pay for an additional month at $1,200.Of course, I told her she didnt do any work so there is no way I would be paying for an additional month of service that was not performed.Then boom, 7 days later I receive the attached extortion letter from Taylors attorney stating if I dont pay the $1,200, I will have to pay $12k.I cant speak to Taylors ability as a CPA because she didnt do anything but they way she handled this engagement speaks a lot to her character.
