Ok, so I never do this, but people need to know my experience with Dental Depo. It just might save you a lot of pain and frustration. In October of 2019, I sought dental treatment for a cracked tooth and a possible root canal. Fast forward 5 years, from those two issues I had, Dental Depo has caused TMJ, nerve damage, another root canal, a severe tooth infection from 5 failed crowns that had to be redone, 8 dental procedures that all required numbing that finally led to them hitting a nerve in my tongue that now has been damaged. Just do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I wish I had.Dental Depot

Their services are hit & miss. This is what happened to me. Initially, I was thrilled. I could always get in. Their prices are reasonable. They are polite.Things changed. I had a tooth capped. During the installation, I said it felt wrong. They said it was fine. Later, it became apparent that it wasn't aligned right. Cracked the tooth below it. They patched the lower tooth. The patch has held up. Later I went in for a cleaning. Before starting I apologized for having had a salad and not brushing my teeth after. The hygienist may have knocked it loose. She asked me questions like, "Do you brush your teeth?". I was insulted. Later my capped tooth started to ache. I couldn't eat on that side. They took me right in. I asked if it could be recapped. The dentist said it would have to be sawed out. Seemed like a threat. Definitely made me step back mentally. Her solution? Grind down the misaligned teeth, both the cap and my natural tooth. Caps are expensive (there is no such thing as a cheap cap, out of all fairness to dentists). Grinding it down seemed like a poor solution. I don't think well on my feet. I didn't say anything. Afterward, I looked up options for a loose cap. There are several options that did not include sawing it off. I felt like she wanted to shut me up.It was nice after the visit to be told there was no charge for adjusting the tooth. Several months passed. We got a past-due notice. I looked up what other billing things happened to people. It seems Dental Depot has a history of overbilling, incorrectly billing, and not resolving billing disputes. The billing department is hard to get ahold of.When Dental Depot called me, I didn't handle it well. I vented about everything and said we were told there was no charge. The rep got combative, a human reaction to my foul mood but not endearing. The rep said they had to check with the dentist. It is the dentist's decision to waive charges. It was a small charge, and the dentist thankfully waived it.Dental Depot

This is the worst dental depot in the state, these people do not care for their patients and they do not handle care in a timely manner. I was supposed to be scheduled for surgery 2 weeks ago from my visit and it has yet to happen I am almost out of ibuprofen that the doctor prescribed to me and they refuse to give me more pain medicine knowing how much pain I am in and refuse to help or care for me as a patient. There is some little girl that acts like the doctor and is completely unprofessional and rude and does not care for the patients. Please contact me as soon as possible as I will take further actionDental Depot

I had an appointment for a deep cleaning at Dental Depot in ***** ********. Went well. No complaints. The dentist who looked at my X-Rays suggested to me that I should go with full dentures. I agreed knowing that I have had serious issues for a long time that I know are beyond repair. They checked my insurance and quoted me a price for the procedure. My out of pocket expense was a little over $1,200. I signed a quote sheet that stated specifically that it was not a legally binding commitment to anything. They informed me that there was some available time that I could start the process following my cleaning. I agreed and they took the impression molds for the dentures. I paid for my cleaning and also paid half of my out of pocket expense for the dentures, which was approximately $600. It was after 3 pm when I walked out the door. That evening i researched things and decided I should look into implants before I did dentures so I called DD back the next morning (approximately 8:20 am) to tell them I wanted to put a hold on the process and get a refund for what I paid. I was told it may be too late but they would see what they could do and call me back. No one called so I call them again and was told a manager would call me back. No one ever called so I called them again and a manager told me that my money would be refunded but it would be after the first of the year and after insurance had done their thing. Insurance has done their thing and it has been 6 months and I have heard nothing and received nothing from dental depot. I am not a difficult person and I was never rude or out of line. I was lied to and they are thieves. Ive written the money off at this point, which is exactly what they were hoping for. But at least I can laugh about it knowing that they may have took my $600 but they have cost themselves thousands in lost future business from me and my family and friends and everyone else I know that I have shared this experience with.Dental Depot

I was treated with a plan and payed in full up front. My plan took 6 weeks to fulfill for a bridge. I did not get the color I chose and is not the shape of actual teeth. I was there for multiple visits and continuously was told my account was paid in full. 6 months after my initial treatment a $500 bill arrived and no one could tell me why. No one would call me back and I have spoken to 7 different people all the way up to the corporate office. I called my insurance myself and was told the reason. Dental Depot thought my *** was $2000 and it was only $1500. Their error not mine! I signed a document that I pay what insurance doesnt which is fine, but this to me is not an insurance error. Its their own error. They had me visiting over 6 weeks then I went for my cleaning at month 4 and still told I was paid in full. Places are supposed to give you Good ***** Eatimates and this business seems to be in error of ethics.Dental Depot

We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience youve had with our office and the issues surrounding your treatment plan and billing. We understand how upsetting it is to receive an unexpected bill months after being assured that your account was paid in full, and we regret any inconvenience this has caused.First and foremost, we want to address the concerns regarding the bridge you received. Its disappointing to hear that the final product did not match the color and shape you selected. This is not the quality of care we aim to provide, and we understand how important it is for you to be satisfied with your dental work. We would like to offer you the opportunity to revisit our office so that we can assess the situation and discuss how we can correct the issue to your satisfaction.Regarding the unexpected $500 bill, we acknowledge that this situation is highly concerning. It appears that there was an error in estimating your insurance coverage, and we apologize for the confusion and stress this has caused. We understand that you were given multiple assurances that your account was settled, and receiving a bill months later is understandably frustrating. You are absolutely right that patients should receive accurate and fair estimates based on the information available at the time of treatment. We deeply regret that our miscalculation led to this unexpected charge, and we will be reviewing our processes to prevent this from happening in the future. To resolve this matter, I would like to personally oversee your case. Please contact me directly at ************************************ so that we can discuss the next steps. Our goal is to find a fair resolution that acknowledges the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused you.We value your feedback and are committed to making this right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust.
