    I have always appreciated the service and professionalism from Precise Garage Door Repairs. Today, however, I believe I was overcharged. ******* the repairpersn, was here on time, and after looking at the door closer, and checking the sensors, he told me that he thought I needed a new circuit board, and that he had one in the truck, and the cost on it was $150. I told him that the system that his company installed was just 3 years old, and he said he would try and see if he could figure something out. He reset the buttons for up, down, and force, then had to call someone to figure out how to program the panel, as he said he wasn't really familiar with that particular opener. After speaking with another technician, he set the buttons again, and the system was working. He said he didn't know what he should charge, so he was going to just charge me for aligning the sensors (which were working, but he tightened one). He was here working, for right at 30 minutes. I had the paperwork for the free service call, but was charged $171.59. I have written several reviews for my great experiences with Precise, but I am unable to do that today, as I don't believe the charges justified the work. The company seems to be located in ******, according to their phone number used on text messages. Beware!
