On September 16th, I placed an order (#****) online at LifeArtifacts.com. They appeared to have good reviews so I trusted when the listing said the cell phone I was buying was in "good" condition. Good condition means the worst it could have is very light screen burn or a few scratches on the physical part of the cell phone. The cell phone arrived on Friday, September 22. When I opened the package, the cell phone was inside but there was a broken piece of a watch? The watch had a gold pin sticking out if, like he was repairing it, and the pin stabbed me in the hand. That was strange but I was just worried about the phone. Upon turning the device on I noticed a larger than "good" spot in the center of the screen that was green and you couldn't see anything beyond the green spot. As the screen came on all the way I noticed the screen burn was more than average, much more than "light" and overall you could barely even see what you were browsing because the burn and the green dot prevented it. I was unhappy. I checked the return policy on the website and it said guaranteed customer satisfaction or your money back and that you have 30 days to ask for a refund. I immediately emailed ******, (the man who runs the "business") and sent photos. I told him I wasn't worried about the watch stabbing me, but I just needed a new phone that was in good condition, or a refund. After 3 days and no response, I send a second e-mail. After 2 more days, (September 27th) I sought social media as a way to contact Life Artifacts. After contacting them on ******** and being ignored I message ****** directly and was told to deal with it and that I'm a horrible person for complaining and I was blocked. Therefore this leads me to believe if a customer has an issue they just get blocked, and the reviews are fake. Therefore, I am filing a formal complaint. I also notice he calls this an LLC/Business but it is not registered so he probably is not paying taxes either.
