- Additional Info:In August 2023, BBB investigated Smith Liquidation Services LLC's business practices. This investigation was prompted by reports of the business being owned by a former owner of True 2 You Estate Sales, LLC that was previously investigated with large complaint volumes concerning failure to pay consumers for services provided. As of December 14th, 2023, the BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. All phone numbers, websites, emails, and fax numbers are disconnected, and all postal mail communication are returned to sender. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to seek legal counsel and/or file a complaint with The Attorney Generals Office of Oklahoma.
