    I camped out for over two hours for an estate sale they did in March. They opened the doors at 8:00 a.m. I was number two in line. I stepped into the first room which was the check out room. I was interested in a vintage toy. I was the first person to get to it. I couldn't find a price on it, so I asked the clerk behind the counter for help. Her name was ****. She couldn't find the price either. I went to ***** (owner of this business) who was calling the role of customers coming in. I asked her for the price. Her reply was "I'm sorry, but I sold that over the phone at 8:01". I left her feedback online, to which I received a reply. She said the woman behind the check out area took the call. Amazing how that was the same person helping me. She did not receive a call at 8:01. They advertised this item only to sell it before they opened. ***** told me she could take calls at 8:01 and had that listed on her ad (which I believe was added after the fact). Now her policy has changed to she opens at 8:00, but will take calls after 9:00. There were other people complaining at this sale that things were marked sold before the doors opened.

    Nothing was marked sold before the door opened. My phone purchase policy was clearly advertised in advance. I'm sorry you disagreed and saw things differently than what actually transpired. I took your complaint under consideration and changed the policy to 9am.
