    Over the course of 3 months after I booked an event on September 18th, and the food, decorations and event space was paid in full, I continually tried to reach out about decorations in November on the 4th, 15th, 17th, 18th, and 21st. On the 17th and 18th I was ignored. She stated a spreadsheet would be sent out on September 18th that included all of the decorations and requirements that I never received. Paid $350 for food was priced as an amount for 50 people. The amount of food left was not enough for 50. She did not deliver the food that was promised and paid for. The day of the event, she stated all trash needed to be thrown out by us. The understanding was that they were going to do the clean up, we had to take out our personal belongings and throw out our trash. She then added in that we should sweep up crumbs on the floor and tables to “make sure we don’t have a lot of extra work to do.” She did not arrive 15 minutes before, list out specific instructions, and you told us to throw away the trash in a dumpster that was difficult to get to (the back door does not open or shut correctly, does not lock, and is unaligned with the door frame which is a major safety concern)
    When we arrived to the facility, the decorations were subpar, the tables did not have napkins on every single table, and the chair covers were stained and dirty that we had paid for. There were also no bows on the back of the chairs either. There was no BABY sign, she never ordered the correct banner and there were only 30 napkins available for a list of 50 guests.
    The building temperature gauge was set to 80 degrees with all air cooling and heating turned off. A space heater was also turned on high. The building got up to 85 degrees during the event, which caused me, at 31 weeks pregnant to get overheated and start to feel faint. She then disclosed she had the HVAC system removed.
    I reached out asking her to work with me which caused her to send multiple texts stating excuses.
