      PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANIES FRAUD HERE, https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/If I could leave a negative star review I would. This warranty is a scam! We paid for a 4 year protection plan through Gardner White Furniture (who will be getting a similar review next). We were told the plan would cover motor issues, scratches, malfunctions. We have exposed staples, fading, and accidental scratches not caused by pets- denied! I asked to speak with a supervisor who told me if I sat down with a pocket knife and punctured the couch it would be covered under accident. Really? Who is dumb enough to have an open knife in their pocket? Basically any accident is covered that is extremely unlikely to take place. Like if you accidentally torched your couch they got your back! Thanks for the useless ****** Award level protection plan. When I asked for a pro-rated return in the money I spent on this warranty, I was told there are no cancellations allowed. Of course there arent! DO NOT invest in this plan! Scam, scam, scam!

      This company denies claims in bad faith. There is a reason their rating is abysmally low. DO NOT BUY THE OOPS PROOF PROTECTION PLAN FROM *******. It is through this company and you have no bargaining power. They denied my claim on other bases so it would be "excluded" despite falling under their policy.ALSO it appears ******************************* is in another complaint from 8/30 below. Furniture Care Protection - you should know ***** has the worst customer service and is exceptionally rude and is unresponsive to emails or calls. He called to deny the claim and he accomplished that and nothing else. JEROMES - please stop using this company. I feel I gave away hundreds of dollars on a protection plan that doesn't protect anything.

      My couch got an incidental tear due to my husband sitting on it with his work duty belt and it tore the fabric when he stood up. I originally sent the claim a month ago through the company website, but when I called several weeks later they said they didn’t have a claim and requested I email them info. I emailed the info 20 days ago and I have called several times. I was told Bryce was handling my claim, they are waiting to hear back from the couch company to see if they can get a part to replace it. I have called about 12 times. Today I called and was told my claim was denied because it was accumulated damage and Ellie told me when she called. Not true, it was from
      One incident and the rest of the couch is in perfect condition otherwise and NO one has ever called me. This company is a complete scam!!!!

      I had made a claim for stain my dog made. It took to months and yesdterday 8/25 I was called that the people that were going to go clean it were going to contact me in about 7 days. I actually received a call today 8/27 saying that my claim got denied. Never again do I get a protection plan for ******* waste of money and people arent that nice. Its more upsetting when they just tell you sorry thats what it is. For anyone reading this its up to you if you want to purchase but you are not told this stuff at Jeromes and they try to trick you in every way to get the claim denied. Wait time is horrible.

      Excellent customer service, went above to help me with my repairs on my sofa, was even willing to buy me a new sofa to replace the one that got damaged but couldn't find another one that I liked more! Impressed!!!

      Beware! This company has many loopholes to keep from cleaning/protecting your furniture. Better read the very fine print! They are false advertising in my opinion. Would never recommend!

      HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! HONESTLY WILL NEVER CONTACT THEM AGAIN. MONEY DOWN THE TRASH SINCE THEY DENIED EVERYTHING BECAUSE THEY DIDNT SEE A STAIN IN THE PICTURES SUBMITTED I WAS PRETTY MUCH LYING ABOUT THE SPILL AND THEY ARE SO RUDE ABOUT IT AND TO TOP IT OFF 3 OUT OF 4 REPS HANG UP ON YOU BECAUSE YOU BEGIN TO QUESTION WHAT IT IS THAT THEY COVER AND THAT'S OUT OF THEIR EXPERTIES, THATS HOW THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. PRETTY SAD BECAUSE IT MAKES THE FURNITURE STORE LOOK BAD FOR OFFERING THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. WISH I WOULD CAME TO SEE THE REVIEWS BEFORE ACTUALLY PURCHASING THIS WARRANTY. DONT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY WITH THIS COMPANY, IT IS SO NOT WORTH IT! YOU ARE BETTER OFF CONTRACTING SOMEONE ELSE TO DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPOSED TO COVER.

      In my lifetime I have purchased many insurances some good some bad experiences. However the warranty I purchased with Mor furniture was unbelievable. They replaced my leather couch with no questions asked. I thought they would give me a problem. Not at all I was very impressed after spending $5000 on my couch I thought I would have to live with my damage. I highly recommend the protection plan.

      One of my dogs threw up on my couch during the night. We didnt discover it until the next day. Repeated attempts to remove the odor were fruitless. I contacted Furniture Care Protection and explained the problem, and submitted the requested info. There was a bit of delay in receiving a call back, but once I did an appointment was scheduled for the near future. The solution used by the technician completely removed the odor. Im so glad I purchased the protection plan from Lazy Boy when I got the couch.
