    This company was hired to do restoration. First they were 2 weeks late getting started. Then they billed me for work that was never done until I made complaints. Then above all since there was no electricity at my house, they took upon myself to use my brand new generator, I have a second generator that was in my shed that is now missing. I cannot blame BMS for the theft but Im pretty sure they did it. My wifes credit cards had been stolen as well they were in a place where the Blackmon mooring workers were packing my materials for restoration That generator costs me $349 I expect a check from Blackmon Mooring for $349 Not money taken off of my bill but an actual check with my payment

    Blackmon Mooring met with ****************** on June 20th to walk the contents. He has paid everything to date and we are moving him back in on July 10th. We spoke in depth about his 2-week start time due to the fact the work authorization was signed in December just as a deep freeze hit the area. We advised him we would not be able to start the work as originally planned due to the areawide event taking place and the fact that we were helping those with immediate emergency needs.

    In regards to the generator, we did not remove a generator from the property. During our walkthrough of contents,he mentioned he has caught kids breaking into his shed during construction and stealing his property. Being that we did use the other generators for a few hours, we agreed to purchase him a new generator as requested.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
