    september 6 i had got into a car accident. i had reached out to Deangelo************** the owner of Icandee Refinishing LLC to do repairs on my car, which he said he would be able to fix my car. he received my car september 20 and was paid on October 3 in the amount of 7,620 dollars to repair all damages on my car. the nature of the dispute is he is a fraud he has not provided any invoices or receipts to me or on what parts he has ordered, the work he has done, and the labor that went into fixing my car when i asked him what was still wrong he couldnt give me a straight answer so i called my insurance to see what they could do they reached out to him and told him to provide documentation receipts and invoices for what has been done and still needs to be completed so when i asked for the documentation he told me he did not have to provide me any receipts or invoices because he didnt have to show it to me by law and that i was not the insurance company and he has told my insurance company the same thing. that by law he did not have to show any receipts. in order for my insurance company to provide him with the supplement he is needing to finish my car he has to show the invoices and receipts for parts so they can support his claim. he has had my car for 3 months now and has yet to provide any documents on what he needs the money for and why. when my insurance company gave him the option to repair the damages he needed the supplement for first and then they would reimburse him for what he has did and he said he was not going to do that and he needs the money first before he fixes my car and if he doesnt get it he will not fix my car but he has not provided any documentation on what has been finished on my car where he got the parts from or whats going on with my car now and has not sent any pictures to my insurance company as well when he asked for them because he said by law he doesnt have to show anything.
