    ?THIS IS A ZERO ? REVIEW?Walking into this truck stop made me feel like a fugitive, which is completely unacceptable. As a U.S. veteran or any normal human being, I expected a higher level of respect and treatment, especially given the disrespect I often face due to the color of my skin. The supervisor's condescending attitude was particularly infuriating. The incident started when I went to use the bathroom after an overnight stay in the big rig parking lot. I grabbed a cup of coffee, as I have at countless other truck stops, and used another cup to hold cream and milk because they dont offer the small half-and-half packs. When I approached the cashier to check out, she mirrored her supervisors unfriendly demeanor and informed me that I would have to pay for two small cups of coffee. I explained that I was only using a small amount of cream and milk for my drink. The cashier looked to her supervisor for direction, and she said, "Well, the milk is not cheap. If you want, you can purchase a carton of milk." I was shocked that a customer service representative would say this. I explained that I would just dump the milk and cream into my coffee. Yet, the cashier looked back to her supervisor and stated, I am still going to charge you for the cup. Unbelievable! While we were engaged in this ridiculous conversation, a kind gentleman, who was Caucasian, offered to pay for my second, non-existent coffee. To add insult to injury, the cashier then charged me for a small cup of ice that I didnt even request. All I wanted was a cup of coffee, yet they felt justified in policing the complimentary condiments! This behavior is not just disgracefulits utterly unacceptable.
