    I have used metro granite for years. My last project with them I had suffered a near amputation and lost work, income, jobs, fell behind on bills, a whole domino effect. I still owed them a whopping $1000 and instead of asking me if I was OK, what was going on or setting up a payment plan with me they simply ignored years of work I've given them and filed a mechanics lien on my property. Absolutley shameful of a company to not give a literal s*** about a repeat customer. Do not recommend and can't wait for the day one of them has a life changing event and see how much fun it is to balance thousands in hospital bills and lost wages.

    Sorry to hear what happened to you. We would have handled it differently had we known the mishap you experienced. The matter of fact is you didn't respond to any of our calls, texts, and emails asking for the invoice balance. The only response you gave was an email ladened with the **Bomb when we emailed you on the two-month **** explaining it is our company policy to file a lien on the property that doesnt pay up after two months. We reached out to you again after that email and yet again were ignored. Again, we waited for weeks with the hope that the issue would be resolved before we filed a lien as a last resort.
