    Stay away! According to the bank statement, when they charge you the money goes to some ***** **** shop in a different location instead of DRGunSupply. They never shipped the item despite they admitted that they received the money. They ignore emails and the sales department does not pick up the phone for days. On top of that, they refuse to refund!They didn't send my order (confirmed by them) and they refused to refund me my $830 to exactly the same card where they took the money from.I have an **************** name and due to this, an employee mistakenly presumed that the transaction was from a different country, which is not true.After I clarified that I am a U.S. citizen, was calling from a **** number, and paid with my **** of America card, they kept giving me excuses because this is a drop-shipping, they did not possess the item that I ordered, and it was sold to someone else by that time. One of the excuses that they made was about a different country as I stated before, which failed. Then they tried another one, saying that the name in my GMAIL doesn't match my legal name, but since when it's a requirement to put your legal name in GMAIL? People normally have multiple emails and it's not a requirement to use your legal name in each of them. You can put BakedPotato out there instead of your name, it's none of their business how you name your private email. When this excuse failed either, they told me that my email which I have had for years was newly created which is a lie again. They multiple times refused to issue a refund as any reputable company would do, so I just said that I'm going to contact my bank and ended the call. Now I have to go through the chargeback process with my bank which may take up to 90 days, and I'm not going to see my money until then.

    This customer makes up something new with every review. Name incorrect, name on email doesn't match, phone number doesn't match the number you called from. This is a classic fraudulent purchase. Check all the alerts that were in this transaction. Sometimes we see false on a 1 or two things not 5.LATEST SHIPPING ADDRESS PHONE VALID FOR REGION false SHIPPING PHONE NUMBER VALID FOR REGION false BILLING PHONE NUMBER VALID FOR REGION false ACCOUNT PHONE NUMBER VALID FOR REGION false ACCOUNT BILLING PHONE NUMBER VALID FOR REGION false PHONE NUMBER USED WHEN USER CREATES AN ACCOUNT VALID FOR REGION false LATEST NAME KEYBOARD SPREAD ***** NUMBER OF USERS WITH THE SAME BILLING ADDRESS 2 LATEST BILLING ADDRESS NAME KEYBOARD SPREAD ***** We have people that try to make fraudulent purchases almost daily. This is an unfortunate part of running an online business. I told the person on the phone I would do more to try and verify his info, that he entered incorrectly of his own accord, when I could verify with shipping. The problem could not get solved quick enough for him so I told him he was welcome to do a chargeback if it is in fact his card. We have been in business for over 10 years, have a storefront and over ****** positive reviews on Gunbroker.
