    During the holidays around Christmas time, I booked an appointment with a beautician named ********. ******** was offering a coupon of half off for services. I purchased a coupon, but did not set my appointment immediately. This was my first time doing business with her, and will definitely be my last. ******** was paid in advance $150, of which $100 purchased a coupon for a service of $200. At the time of booking I also had to pay a $25 deposit. The appointment was booked for January 14 on January 14 on my way to the appointment, there was a horrible accident in ****** ********. This caused me to have to cancel the appointment and reschedule with ********. I contacted ******** to let her know that the traffic was at a standstill and I would not be able to make it to the appointment at that time, I understood that I would lose the $25 deposit I then went onto book a new appointment in which I had to pay another $25 . This appointment was on 21 of January. Upon arrival to my 2 oclock appointment ******** stated that she was unable to get the proper chair for me. She said she had gone home to get her son to assist her and giving the chair back to the office building, ******** never returned to the office building and told me that she was not going to make it. At this time it was about 2:30 PM. I have been sitting in waiting for her since about 2:45 PM that day I left with the understanding that she would reschedule me once she could get the chair into her location , I never heard back from ******** until 27 January. I called her and she answered and said that she would not be able to do my hair and that she would refund me. $100 ******** really old me more money than that my refund should be $125. ******** is refusing to pay me back for services she never rendered I contacted her by text message and shared with her. The deposits are paid, and she showed receipt of me paying For the coupon she is now refusing to pay me back in full and has not rendered any services to me.

    Black Friday purchased until Dec 4 it was suppose to be purchased by Dec 4 she made the purchase Dec 5 -I let it slide. She explained to me after she purchased the coupon. I cant do a reschedule for a same day schedule. I offered to give her 50 dollars back. She argued and didn't want that. I already lost money.

    I am rejecting this response because: Even with this response about the coupon, this young lady still owes me a refund. I paid her a fatal of 150 dollars. She refunded me nothing. I missed my first appointment due to me being stuck in traffic, and I called and messaged her before hand (which I have copies of) letting her know about the situation. In my message, I told her I would reschedule  due to honoring her time. This resulted in a loss of my deposit, which is understandable. She waited forever to get back to me, I scheduled a new appt (2/4/2023) which she cancelled because it was the following month, the deal was limited to the last day of January. ( even though the coupon I purchased said I had until 2/11/2023 to schedule. She then said she would get me in on the 1/21/23, but never showed up to the appointment. I waited for her for 30+ minutes. She gave the excuse that she didnt have a hair for a woman my size in her salon area, and was having a hard time getting it. I understood, but I was already there, and she didnt even bother to call, she texted me, and said she was not coming. I was upset, but rolled with it. This lady then told me she was only going ti reimburse me 100 dollars / then 50 dollars/ then nothing. I have all the proof showing what she said and didnt say. I was nothing but kind, but was treated poorly by her. She owes me $125 dollars and has been constant with not refunded me. I informed her that what she was doing was wrong, and that she was going to reap what she sows. To this day I havent heard a word for this lady. Not even an apology. I just gave gave it to GOD.
