      If I could give a negative star I WOULD. I called at 3:20pm on 3/19/2024, I waited 22 minutes for someone to ANSWER the phone, someone finally picked up, after the representative stated I needed to speak with enrollment so she needed to transfer me. Then magically the phone hung up at 3:50 on the dot with no one assisting me. I called back immediately, after waiting another 15 minutes and 17 seconds, someone answers the phone again and says enrollment (eligibility) is CLOSED! I have a job where I work early in the morning, this is unprofessional and wasted so much of my time! This supervisor that is supposed to call back within 48 hours name is *****************************. I will not stand for this! The reviews are 2.2 on ******* get it together or SHUT DOWN!! They also have the WORST customer service!
