HealthCoreMD provides telemedicine services on an annual subscription, group-membership, paid monthly by the employer. One “flat” per-employee / per-month subscription fee, and the employee and up to 7-dependent family members have unlimited doctor and specialists consultations.
There are no co-pays or per-visit fees, just one monthly subscription rate. Depending on the number of employees enrolled, the subscription rate ranges from $12.00-$14.00 per month.
The Employer may add or removeemployee members to the Telemedicine Group Subscription at the end of eachmonth. Group-subscription minimum is 5-employees.
There are no refunds or exchanges with our program. Early Group-subscription termination is provided on a pro-rated basis of the remaining months.
Annual Group-subscriptions automatically renew 30-days prior to the anniversary date of the original subscription agreement. Non-renewal notices should be emailed to [email protected]
