We first met with *************** on a Tuesday. We had an estimate in hand before they left. After further discussing our options, the final estimate arrived the following day. We had a fully installed new HVAC system by Tuesday of the following week. They were professional, knowledgeable, and patient with our multiple questions. They even came back a few weeks after the installation to discuss some follow up questions that we had about the system's operation. In short, it was a positive experience and while a new HVAC system is a big investment, we felt the pricing was fair. I would highly recommend them.

four years ago, Citywide installed a new AC unit of good quality. Never had a reason to question their professional judgement and was never consulted about the poor duct work that we found later. .After noticing my home wasnt cooling well, I hired another company to look into issue....My cool and warm air were both producing, but my thermostat would not lower in the hot summer months. This new company, that I now recommend, brought out management to look into and uncover my entire unit to discover that my new unit was installed on improperly inserted duct work.(reversed input and out from what they showed me and photographed) I got 3 other estimates from other companies, all under agreement that the job was poorly done. I had to spend $1,800 to redo the poorly constructed duct work that was underneath my air flow problem. When I approached Citywide, before the replacement job, he told me that it had worked as it was, and that he would do the correction for more money. After filing a complaint, he told the BBB that the duct work was there before he installed the unit, so if that is so, he did the work for me, knowing that the duct work was NOT up to good standards. if hiring them, I recommend having another professional look over everything before any work is done, and getting anything in writing that applies to work that will have to be corrected later.....I should have been advised about the existing condition of what he used to install my new unit so it could have been installed correctly the first time, Of course, I had no idea.
