    On May 28 , 2025 I purchased a Google Pixel 6 pro 5g with 512gb memory
Upon receiving the device it was noticed that the device was not as Described in the sales listing, as it stated that there was only one (1) defect with the device which was pictured as a small black dot in the upper right hand corner, upon receiving the device it was noticed that the screen was pushed up from the Body of the phone due to the Lithium ion battery being Bloated which renders the device as Dangerous, I notified the seller "SoonerSoft LLC" of this defect and was advised that they could have the device shipped back to them, I am Hesitant to Ship the Device in its current state and condition as it may cause the Lithium ion battery to explode and or ignite and cause physical and or property damage to which I do not wish for that to happen, I am requesting a refund and to dispose of the device so that it is no danger to anyone or property

    Business Response

    Date: 06/11/2025

I am sorry. The item is fine to ship back via ground mail. 1000s of damaged devices are shipped daily on eBay via ground shipping. Air shipping is the only issue.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have attempted to Ship the item via USPS but it was rejected by one of the Employees who stated they cannot allow the item to be shipped with the possibility of the Lithium Ion battery exploding and or causing a Fire and creating a Risk to USPS personnel and property, I have been temporarily Blocked from sending anything Via USPS so they will not allow the item to be shipped with the label provided with that Address Designation.

    Sincerely,

2-23-24 purchase pixel watch via **** that listing states 32gb RAM, and watch received was 8gb RAM demo model and only discovered after failed update this last week. Notified seller gave option to return or replace with the model noted in the listing, and they said to initiate return through ****. Unable to initiate return, and requested they start process. The response was it was beyond 90 days after purchase and unable to return. This is a fraudulent listing and demo product not intended for consumer use that the customer would not discover until months later after the watch tries to update. **** policy only protects you for 90 days, although this is a clear case of deceptive fraud and should be investigated further.

    Business Response

    Date: 06/11/2024

I am sorry, we only offer returns for 90 days. 90 Days is more than enough time to evaluate a product. If it had been within the return time we could have issued a full refund no issue.

On or about January 20th **** I purchased a ******* Galaxy Xcover Pro 4g cellphone from SoonerSoft Electronics online sales, the listing for the Device stated that it was a used device but in Fully functional condition, I received the device and attempted to have my cellular service activated to this device, upon doing so I was Advised by a ******* wireless in store employee that this Device was non usable due to it Being Blacklisted and Service locked for non payment from the original owner , after several attempts to contact SoonerSoft Electronics with no resolution to a Device purchased from their store, I would like the Help of the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this issue and or step in on my behalf to have this device replacement or refunded due to it not being usable

    Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
There are several devices of the same make and model displayed on their website, I'm not sure why they are saying that this device is sold out, I would like to resolve this issue and place it in the past and have a usable device for which it was intended, I have attempted several times to communicate with SoonerSoft Electronics but am not satisfied with the results as I'm currently left without a cellphone to use as the result of being sold one that is not usable for service, I would like to have either a refund or the defective phone replaced with a working device
    Sincerely,

**** Item ID: ************ Transaction ID: ************* Order number: **************.I received a defective phone from this seller on August 25, 2023. I contacted the seller on **** about the phone a day later and was told to buy a new charger. That temporary resolved the issue, but the phone later stopped functioning properly so I messaged the seller on their website about the issue multiple times and got no response. The seller promised a 60 day return window for a replacement and 30 days for a refund. The sellers website doesn't say that the warranty has to go through **** or Amazon. Federal law requires the seller to clearly state any warranty stipulations on their website.I would like the seller to honor their warranty.
