    There is a reason this company is not BBB rated the BBB doesnt have a rating system that allows you to rate low enough.4 years of renting from them and turned over a house that was in 100 % better shape than on move in They will make up lies about anything they can to keep your security deposit. Even after charging a $300 per deposit, plus $25 a month for pet deposit even though my animal is a service dog, and we did provide the necessary paperwork they kept $100 of the deposit for pet odor.By her own admission when she came through for the inspection she said you cant even tell you have animals. The office manager ***** did the inspection and could have literally lied about anything else and it might have been believable.Then I called the office number to have someone above her call me back and its been eighteen days and still nothing.This company should have their business license revoked or at a bare minimum replace the staff members and manager that are jilting people out of their hard earned money.This is all on top of the fact that they gave little notice that we had to move because they were selling the property. Waiting until I went in to sign a new lease to inform me I had 30 days to find another place to live.Very unprofessional and dont fix the problems that need fixing.
