  Before Sandler I would have said I was the queen of systems and processes. The reality is I'm the court jester. I see systems in a different way. Im the queen of policy and procedures. Systems are more intimate, effective and efficient.I see **** in my dreams asking if my staff has a system for answering the phone...they do now ****!I've learned so much already and I'm just getting started. There is no one better than **** and his team at Sandler.

  I and my leadership team have been part of Sandler training for about 6 months. Mike and his team will be the first to tell you that you will get out of the training what you put into it. We have seen amazing growth in the leadership abilities of our lead team as well as growth in the company revenue. Sandler is more than a sales training program. It is a communication program that translates into sales, leadership and personal growth. ***** ******* ******** *** ***** are amazing people who care about their job and their commitment to you to help you achieve your goals. This training will challenge you and if you apply the training, you will see exponential growth in your business as well as your personal life. I would give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

  The Sandler Custom Growth Solutions team has been a tremendous resource to me! As a young professional fairly early in my career, I was nervous about starting a dream role at a new company.
