    I have a loan agreement with Red River and my payment due date is 20th of every month. The next business day the 21st they called me 3 times while I was on the clock at work. I proceeded to answer the 3rd phone call. And they was asking me when Ill be able to make a payment. And I had explained to them I am currently facing a financial hardship and that I intend to pay still but cant provide a specific date to pay. Then immediately the manager named ***** started making threats towards me over the phone and stated that if I dont give them a date to pay them they will contact my references and my employer. And I had asked her to give me my list of references and told me to go to the office and look at them. Then also told me if I have a problem with that, that will take me to a court which is another threat made against me over the phone. Even said to me they will call my employer to verify my income to garnish my wages. Made multiple threats to me over the phone which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional . The next day after that phone call they started harassing me by calling me again even after making threats to me

    Red River Credit has recently investigated a complaint associated with the above referenced account. On 11/20/23 ******************** refinanced his account. This account fell due on 12/20/23.  Upon review of the contact report the account was worked twice on 12/21/23 at which time the customer did call the office. Customer refused to commit to a date for payment and hung up on employee. Later the customer called back stating the manager had visited job. The manager explained to the customer that she did not visit the job but had left a message for him to call the office. The customer then indicated he would be going through debt consolidation but no indication that he provided the company name or a phone number. The manager did indicate that if no payment were made it would go to legal status.
    12/22/23-A past due text was sent to the customer.
    12/26/****** account was called once, and the customer stated to go ahead and garnish.
    12/27/23-The account was called once and there was no answer, so they left a message.
    12/28/23-The account was worked once with no answer, so they left a message. On 12/28/23 ********** received a cease-and-desist letter. They flagged the account do not contact in the computer and no further attempts were made to contact customer until 1/25/24 when a Notice of Right to Cure was mailed to the customer. ***** claims were subsequently filed on 2/9/24 and judgement is pending court date of 3/25/24.
    In regard to Mr. ********* statement that our employee visited his job on 7/11/23 our records indicate that this was indeed a phone call. This was on a previous loan.
